Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Red88 Capital LTD ("Red88", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. It is written to meet Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
- Information you give us in our forms: your name, email, phone number (optional), your message, which topic you chose, and your consent to be contacted.
- Booking details when you book a call through Calendly. Calendly collects these on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
- How you found us: the page you landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you used.
- Basic, cookieless usage events, such as which path card was clicked or whether a booking was opened. These are not tied to your identity.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, set up and hold calls, understand which pages help people, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Where it's stored and who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions in a secure database (Cloudflare D1). Cloudflare may process data outside Canada.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to tell people from bots on our forms.
- Cloudflare Stream serves our videos. Videos load only when you press play.
- Calendly handles bookings. Email providers deliver notifications of new enquiries to our team.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure page visits without cookies.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to [[TODO: retention period, e.g. 24 months]] after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time, and you can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email us at red.88ltd@gmail.com.
